Chateau Belgrave
Grand Cru classé in 1855
Classified as a Grand Cru in 1855, Chateau Belgrave draws its identity from an exceptional terroir, with deep gravel soils interspersed with clay, located in the heart of the Medoc.
Consisting of a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chateau Belgrave’s grand vin captivates with its density, depth, and refined structure. Its complex aromas of ripe black fruit, cedar, and sweet spices reveal all the elegance of a great Medoc wine meant for ageing.
Diane de Belgrave
Second wine of Chateau Belgrave
Diane, the mythological goddess of soil fertility and protector of wild animals, gave her name to the second wine of Chateau Belgrave. Benefiting from all the care lavished on the first wine, Diane de Belgrave is made from younger vines. Predominantly Merlot, with aromas of ripe fruit, full-bodied and well-structured with delicate tannins, this characterful wine can be enjoyed even in its youth.
